I've forgotten my password, can it be reset?

Yes. Head to the account log-in section on the home page. When you are prompted to enter your account details, click the ”forgotten password” link at the bottom of the pop up. Follow the next steps and we will send you a quick reminder to jog your memory. Still unsure? Let Customer Services know and we will securely send you your password to the email address you have registered with us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed we cannot amend or cancel it prior to dispatch. If you are not completely satisfied with your order we are happy to accept returns, send it back to us unused and with all original tags for a full refund.

Can I customise my seat?

Yes. We have a wide variety of fabrics and stitching options available. You can choose from Vinyl, Leather and Alcantara and totally bespoke embroidery to match anything you wish. We can even re-upholster the interior of your car to match. Get in touch to find out more.

Luke Harnesses can also be tailored to your specific need. We have many different fixings and harness lengths to fit just about anything and anyone. Get in touch to discuss how we can tailor your harness.

Overseas Shipping

If you need your items shipped abroad, please let us know and the Sales Team will happily organise a fast cost effective solution. Pricing will vary according to item size and delivery address. Contact the Sales Team at sales@corbeau-seats.com to organise delivery.

Spare parts for your seat

We stock a wide variety of spare parts like grommets, seat mechanisms and subframes, however if you require something that isn’t listed on our website or you’re not sure of your seat model, email a picture of your seat and a brief description of what you need to sales@corbeau-seats.com who will happily help.

Will my seat fit my vehicle?

We offer a huge variety of seats to fit many different vehicles. We advise that if you are fitting the seat yourself you carefully check the seat dimensions against the available space in your vehicle prior to purchasing. If you are installing a seat into a race specific vehicle, dimensions should be taken with the roll cage installed.

Will my seat fit me?

The dimensions of our seats vary due to their intended use, for example; the Sportsman in our Classic Retro range is designed to fit in the smallest of cockpits. Due to this we recommend you ensure your seat will be a comfortable fit prior to purchasing. We include seat diagrams on each of our products online outlining their measurements, if you need further clarification please don't hesitate to ask us.

Caring for your seat

Should your seat become marked or stained we recommend using a small amount of white spirit. This will usually remove the staining and works across all of the fabrics we use. Don't panic if the material doesn't dry immediately. Our Road and Classic range don’t require cleaning products as these will wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Our Motorsport Seats are made with very durable material and will brush clean with a stiff fabric brush. Our seat shells respond well to polishing should you notice light surface scratches. We recommend using black car polish to ease any surface marks.

Why do I need a new subframe with my new seat? What subframe do I need?

Aftermarket seats have slightly different fixing points compared to your standard seats. Along with your new Sportline seat you will also need a bespoke seat subframe in order to fit them safely and correctly. Some vehicle manufacturers share vehicle floor plans across several different cars, so consequently one subframe may fit multiple vehicles. In the rare occasion we do not have a subframe for your car we also stock a universal option. Please get in touch to find out more about which subframe you need.

How do I fit my new seat and subframe?

1) Firstly, you must consult a credible information source on how to remove your manufacturer standard seat.

Once the previous seats have been removed;

1) Install your new seat runners to the sub frame.

2) Install the complete sub frame assembly to the bottom of your new seat with the adjustment handle facing forwards.

3) Place the completed seat in the bottom of your car.

4) Bolt the assembly directly to the floor of your car.

Please note:

There are two sets of holes under each seat for the subframe to bolt to, you may need to feel through the cloth at the base of the seat to find the second set of holes for the runners and subframe to secure to.
